American Nurses Credentialing Center - Pathway to Excellence
In 2023 United Regional received the the Pathway to Excellence® re-designation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). The Pathway to Excellence designation confirms the professional satisfaction of nurses at United Regional and identifies it as one of the best places to work. To earn the Pathway to Excellence distinction, we underwent a thorough review process that documented the quality initiatives used in creating a positive work environment — as defined by nurses and supported by research.
We offer a comprehensive recruitment package with an excellent salary and benefits package. Flexible work schedules are available including weekend and night shift differential. If you share our values, we invite you to learn more about the career opportunities available at United Regional.
Compensation Philosophy
The ability to achieve excellence depends on recruitment, retention, motivation and reward of high-performing employees.
- Compensation – cash and benefits – should be market-based (i.e., market comparable) for all positions.
 - Rewards should be based on performance (i.e., contributions to achieving excellence)
