If you’ve never accessed MyChart, it is easy to get an account by visiting mychart.unitedregional.org or using the MyChart mobile app available for free on both android and apple app stores.
An activation code is required to activate your MyChart account either on the website or app.
- If you need an Activation Code, click the “Sign Up Online” button and fill out the requested information. Most often, a code will be sent immediately.
 - If you have already received an activation code, tap or click "Sign Up Now" to proceed to enter the required information and create their account.

Self-Scheduling Appointments with MyChart
United Regional is continuing to expand the convenience of self-scheduling to new service lines without a referral, allowing you to book an appointment at a time that is right for you.

As an added bonus, when you schedule through MyChart, you are automatically enrolled in Fast Pass — a feature that alerts you when earlier appointments become available.

MyChart Self-Scheduling Tips and Tricks
We want your experience with MyChart to be pleasant and informative. To customize your communication preferences:
- Go to the Menu in the top left of the screen and select "Communication Preferences".
 - Select the types and methods of communication you would like to receive (text, email, push notification, etc).
 - If your contact info is missing an alert will be visible at the bottom of the screen. Click or tap "Edit" to update your information.
 
Need to see your provider for a new concern or a sick visit? Use the MyChart app to schedule directly.
- Select your provider
 - Choose the reason for your visit
 - Pick a date and time that works for you
 
If your provider requires a lab test or if you would like to schedule a simple lab test, use MyChart to schedule at a time that is convenient for you.
- Log into MyChart
 - Select "Schedule an appointment"
 - Select "Lab" from the section labeled "Tell us why you are coming in"
 - Select a time, location, and date that is most convenient for you
 
Stay on top of your breast health by scheduling your annual mammogram through MyChart — no provider order needed. You’ll also receive reminders to help you stay up to date.
If your provider orders an imaging study — such as an MRI, CT, ultrasound, bone density scan, or pulmonary diagnostic — you’ll receive a scheduling ticket in your MyChart account.
Click the ticket to choose a date and time that works for you. You may be asked to complete a short questionnaire to help our team provide the safest care possible.
For physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology, you’ll receive a scheduling ticket in MyChart.
 Click the ticket to select a convenient appointment time.
If your primary care provider refers you to a specialist, our care team will review your referral and confirm all documentation and authorizations. 
Once verified, you’ll receive a MyChart scheduling ticket to book your appointment directly.
