Our Reference Lab offers all the services available through our Clinical & Pathology Laboratory, plus:

• Convenient lab appointment scheduling with MyChart
• Locations in Wichita falls and Burkburnett
• On-site phlebotomy services for adults and children

Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 
Saturday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Lab Self–Scheduling

If your provider orders a specific lab test, you will receive a MyChart notification. From the notification, select “Schedule an Appointment” and choose “Lab” to book your visit.
