Gift Shop
Our gift shop is here to serve smiles to your friends and loved ones that are staying with us. We have a variety of gifts, including candy, décor, and floral/plant arrangements that can be delivered directly patient rooms.
Online Store
If you aren't able to shop in person, we have an online store for your convenience. Orders placed after closing or on the weekend will be processed the next business day.
IN ORDER TO DELIVER YOUR GIFT, PLEASE PROVIDE PATIENT NAME AND PERSONAL MESSAGE IN THE "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" SECTION BEFORE ADDING A PRODUCT TO CART.
Gift Shop Location/Hours
The gift shop is conveniently located in the Bridwell Tower lobby, just off of the main entrance. During business hours, our United Regional Auxiliary Volunteers will help you find the perfect gift for your loved one.
The gift shop is open Monday - Friday 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Additional Information
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at any time before delivery by calling 940-764-6007. If the gift has been delivered, we are unable to cancel the order.
Refunds/Exchanges
All sales are final and refunds cannot be issued. If you receive a defective product, please contact us at 940-764-6007 to arrange for an exchange.
Flowers & Perishable Products
If you have received a defective product, we will replace that product to your satisfaction. To receive replacement product, please call us at 940-764-6007.
If the Gift Shop is closed, local florists are able to deliver flowers directly to patient rooms.
